Speed up Apple iPhone with iOS7 Installed

I genuinely have had numerous people, since the launch of iOS7 telling me their iPhone is running slower since the update and asking can get go back to iOS6, Now unfortunately that's not an option at present so I'm going to show you a few tricks that can speed-up iOS on your phone (or iPad) by turning off some of the Non Essential Settings that come with iOS7.

Disclaimer: I have tested the following with my own iPhone4s and have found improvements and some battery life gains, however previous to the article I have not had issue with iOS7 on default settings with my device.

Make sure you have the latest version of iOS7 installed.

Background App Refresh: With this setting on Applications that you have running will automatically refresh without you having to reopen them, Basically your phone still update even when you've left an app. To turn it off head to Settings - General - Background App Refresh and toggle to off

Reduce Motion: Turn this on and you should feel a significant increase in performance this turns off  animations such as Parallax Effect (background moving behind App Icons as you move the phone in your hand) To get there go to Settings - General - Accessibility - Reduce Motion and toggle to on.

Another point to note is to check how much free memory you have left on your phone and delete unused apps etc. This is just good practice on any handset not just Apple hardware.

If you have any other suggestions guys please leave them in the comments section.
